Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of sales, marketing, or relevant client-facing experience
  • Strong communicator, confident on the phone, crisp over email, compelling in person
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, paid media, content, social, is a real advantage
  • Persistent, positive, and motivated by hitting goals

RESPONSIBILTIES

Lead Generation

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify mid-market leads to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Execute strategic outbound outreach, calls, emails, and social touches, on a daily basis
  • Develop a deep command of the Lizard story and articulate our value to marketing decision-makers
  • Connect Lizard’s solutions to prospects’ specific business goals and growth challenges
  • Stay sharp on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and the evolving marketing technology space

Team Collaboration

  • Partner closely with account executives to schedule discovery calls, meetings, and demos
  • Work with sales and marketing to continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Capture and maintain accurate prospect data in our CRM, keeping records clean and actionable
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments and demos scheduled
