REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of successful inside/outside sales experience (experience in construction, foundation repair, or home services is a major plus).
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule effectively.
  • Problem Solver: A “can-do” attitude that aligns with our philosophy of saying “yes” to the tough jobs.

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Pipeline Management: Handle inbound sales leads and qualify opportunities, routing complex, high-value accounts to senior executives or outside sales teams when necessary.
  • Needs Assessment: Communicate with potential and existing customers to understand their pain points and identify how our products/services can provide a solution.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging, consultative product or service pitches and demonstrations via virtual portals.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Create custom quotes, negotiate contract terms, and close deals to achieve and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
  • CRM Tracking: Document and track all sales progress, customer interactions, and follow-ups within our CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to upsell, cross-sell, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
