REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.

Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable; proficiency in English is required.

Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.

Experience in sales or client services is a plus.

Strong analysis skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.

Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed while engaging with customers.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.

Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.

Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges while maintaining a high level of service.

Perform data entry tasks to ensure customer records are up-to-date and accurate.

Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.

Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or inquiries as needed.

Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.

Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to document interactions and analyze customer needs.
