Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
  • Proven experience in sales coordination, telemarketing, or inside sales environments
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or SalesRabbit, or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
  • Knowledge of technology or technical sales is a plus, along with experience in marketing and outbound calling strategies
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building rapport and trust with prospects
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound calls using warm calling techniques to engage clients to schedule the work they pre-registered for
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition to closing
  • Utilize software to track interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-up activities effectively
  • Engage in sales conversations, demonstrating the value of our solutions
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries professionally and providing timely responses
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for outreach and business development initiatives
