Sales Coordinator / Appointment Setter
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
- Proven experience in sales coordination, telemarketing, or inside sales environments
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or SalesRabbit, or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
- Knowledge of technology or technical sales is a plus, along with experience in marketing and outbound calling strategies
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building rapport and trust with prospects
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls using warm calling techniques to engage clients to schedule the work they pre-registered for
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition to closing
- Utilize software to track interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-up activities effectively
- Engage in sales conversations, demonstrating the value of our solutions
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries professionally and providing timely responses
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for outreach and business development initiatives
