  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • No prior real estate experience required (training provided)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support communication with clients throughout active transactions
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement
  • Provide timely responses to inquiries and service-related questions
  • Assist in resolving basic client concerns and coordinating solutions
  • Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth client experience
