REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, spreadsheets)
• Ability to work a full-time schedule
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or the rental industry is a plus but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers with equipment rentals and construction material purchases
• Provide clear information about available products and services
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
• Follow up with customers and inquiries
• Coordinate scheduling and basic operational processes
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks
• Maintain a professional and helpful customer experience
