REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, spreadsheets)
- Ability to work a full-time schedule
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or the rental industry is a plus but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers with equipment rentals and construction material purchases
- Provide clear information about available products and services
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
- Follow up with customers and inquiries
- Coordinate scheduling and basic operational processes
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain a professional and helpful customer experience
