REQUIREMENTS
1. Communication Skills
Ability to clearly explain products, answer customer questions, and interact politely with customers.
2. Customer Service
Helping customers find what they need, solving problems, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Sales Skills
Understanding customer needs and recommending products to increase sales.
4. Product Knowledge
Learning about the products to give accurate information and suggestions to customers.
5. Teamwork
Working well with other staff members to keep the store running smoothly.
6. Time Management
Handling multiple tasks such as assisting customers, arranging products, and processing payments.
7. Organization
Keeping shelves neat, managing stock, and maintaining a clean store environment.
8. Basic Computer / POS Skills
Using billing systems, cash registers, or point-of-sale systems for transactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Maintain product displays and store organization
• Process sales transactions and handle payments
