- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with online sales platforms or e-commerce systems preferred
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate pricing updates, email communications, literature requests, and order tracking through internal systems and our online sales platform
- Serve as a professional point of contact for dealers, vendors, and customers
- Oversee dealer onboarding and collaborate with factory partners to ensure smooth account setup and fulfillment
- Coordinate virtual meetings, travel arrangements, and client dinners for trade shows and industry events
- Manage trade show logistics, paperwork, and on-site preparation
- Conduct competitor, market, and territory research to support strategic growth initiatives
- Track receipts, expenses, and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records and proactively support executive scheduling and daily priorities
