  • Experience with online sales platforms or e-commerce systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate pricing updates, email communications, literature requests, and order tracking through internal systems and our online sales platform
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for dealers, vendors, and customers
  • Oversee dealer onboarding and collaborate with factory partners to ensure smooth account setup and fulfillment
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, travel arrangements, and client dinners for trade shows and industry events
  • Manage trade show logistics, paperwork, and on-site preparation
  • Conduct competitor, market, and territory research to support strategic growth initiatives
  • Track receipts, expenses, and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized records and proactively support executive scheduling and daily priorities
