Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a technology or retail environment.
  • Strong skills in account management, negotiation, and deal closing with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; ability to leverage CRM tools for lead generation and analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting through cold calling and direct sales approaches in a remote or face-to-face setting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
  • Ability to work independently within a remote sales environment while maintaining motivation and discipline.
  • Strong analysis skills for assessing market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories and industries.
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities through effective account management techniques.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Lead prospecting efforts including cold calling, lead generation activities, and networking to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM software and sales management systems proficiently to track interactions, forecast sales, and analyze market trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and generate leads in targeted territories.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory management efforts for reporting purposes.
