RVP, Professional Services – Emerging Markets

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 10–14 years of progressive experience in software engineering, platform deployment, or AI/ML technical roles.
• Minimum of 4 years in a senior management or VP-level leadership position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Expert-level, hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform, including security and compliance considerations.
• Demonstrated experience working across the MEA region, including an understanding of GCC and European markets.
• Deep expertise in deploying enterprise AI/ML platforms and strong architectural understanding of MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred

• Master’s degree or PhD in a technical field.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
• Expert familiarity with the DataRobot AI Platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and manage the regional Professional Services P&L, budget, and operating plan to ensure margin targets and financial health.
• Lead, scale, and develop the Professional Services organization, including Forward Deployed Engineering and Customer Success Engineering teams across MEA.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to lead the scoping, solutioning, and pitching of professional services for strategic opportunities.
• Define and govern regional service delivery methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across the customer lifecycle.
• Enforce technical standards and MLOps best practices for customer deployments to ensure scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
• Serve as the senior technical point of contact and executive sponsor for strategic enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders.
