REQUIREMENTS

2 – 4 years work experience working in a roller rink

You should be able to roller skate proficently and be able to coach others Diploma/Graduate

RESPONSIBILITIES

Should adept at roller skating, as well as coaching & guiding customer in the same.
Work closely with Unit Management team to move machines / games monitoring payouts to drive maximum revenue possibilities from the current product mix.
Keep stores are in compliance with the Standard Operating procedures and Customer Service standards
Keep stores are in compliance with the company policy on employment and state laws, health and safety standards
Keep stores portray the company image in all aspects of personal presentation and adheres to the company dress code as laid out by the Company
Effective and prompt execution of sales, promotions by maintaining professionally at all times.
Timely filling of the checklist of the area of responsibility
Monitoring activities in respective area of responsibility
Arranging party as per checklist
Receive guests and re-organizing things party as per their requirements
Write guest details on checklist which is required for final bill preparation
Organize party and prepare final bill
Collect money as per the bill
