Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.

– 2–3 years in reservations, guest services, or hospitality administration.
– Demonstrated success in handling last-minute bookings and guest communication.
– Strong track record in customer service and problem-solving.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, messaging platforms, and booking portals (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.).
– Provide professional support for check-in/check-out coordination and resolve guest concerns during night hours.
– Send greetings, confirmations, and follow-ups including passport ID verification and security deposit arrangements.

– Review and confirm bookings, with special focus on last-minute reservations.
– Update the team and escalate concerns to the Reservation Manager when necessary.
– Monitor system entries to ensure accuracy and prevent double bookings.

– Handle move-in permits, insurance renewals, and other required documents through building management portals.
– Verify guest passport IDs with DTCM and prepare nightly reports.
– Maintain accurate records in Hostify and ensure compliance with DTCM regulations.

Building & Vendor Coordination

– Communicate with building management for permits, NOCs, and access card matters.
– Ensure all updated insurance, unit permits, and property documentation are submitted as required.
– Liaise with external vendors (e.g., maintenance, housekeeping) to resolve urgent issues overnight.

– Support invoice requests, credit notes, and expense tracking.
– Process parking/access card applications and replacements.
