Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Sales and upselling capability with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good administrative accuracy and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with rental management systems
  • Team-oriented with a professional and presentable attitude
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in car rental, hospitality, retail, or customer service operations
  • UAE driving license mandatory
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service & Rental Transactions

  • Handle customer reservations, rental agreements, vehicle handovers, and returns.
  • Explain rental terms, insurance options, rates, and additional services clearly and professionally.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, calls, and email communications with a high standard of service.
  • Maintain company grooming standards and uphold a professional kiosk presentation at all times.

Fleet Coordination & Operations

  • Monitor and coordinate vehicle availability with fleet teams to ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Liaise with operations to manage vehicle dispatching, returns, and readiness.
  • Track overdue rentals and follow up with customers on pending returns or payments.

Sales & Revenue

  • Promote vehicle upgrades, insurance packages, and additional rental products to maximize revenue.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and convert walk-in inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Administration & Reporting

  • Process all rental documentation and payment transactions accurately.
  • Prepare daily operational and sales reports as required by management.
  • Maintain petty cash records and ensure fuel slips are submitted on a periodic basis.
  • Willing to work flexible hours including non-weekend days off as per operational requirements.
