Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Atleast 1–2 years of experience in customer service, car rental, hospitality, or a related service industry
  • Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to upsell rental products and optional services
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and cash handling
  • Ability to resolve customer issues effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple customers
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with rental or reservation systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including fleet coordination
  • Valid driving license is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Use company-approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs.
  • Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.
  • Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely.
  • Qualify each customer in accordance with company rental requirement guidelines.
  • Provide customers with assistance such as directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service details.
  • Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a clear understanding of rates and service charges.
  • Ensure the return date and time on the rental agreement are accurate.
  • Review all charges with the customer at the time of vehicle return.
  • Prepare the Rental Agreement folder with all required information.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.
  • Coordinate and assist customers within the queue to minimize wait times and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Prepare daily key reports and car requirement updates for each location in coordination with the Fleet Coordinator.
  • Ensure petty cash claims and fuel slips are maintained accurately and submitted on a regular basis.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on overdue accounts, ensuring outstanding amounts are communicated to customers and collected accordingly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or assumed on personal initiative.
