REQUIREMENTS

  • Administrative experience
  • Strong background with Excel and Word (Required, 1 year)

PREFERRED

  • Insurance-related experience (preferred)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Update Wrike with correct renewal information, including mapping and final plans

· Set up and process basic renewals

· Process Amendments

· Order Benefit Guides

· Group/broker contact updates

· Other administrative tasks as assigned

· Manage the renewals inbox and requests directed toward the renewals team and escalate as necessary.
