REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
• Comfortable using a computer and the internet.
• Passionate about travel.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of motivation and accountability.
• Must be 18 years old and authorized to work as an independent contractor in the United States

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with clients via phone, chat, or email to understand their travel preferences and needs.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel itineraries.
• Assist customers with travel scheduling, booking hotels, cruises, theme parks, vacation packages, flights, tours, and transportation options.
• Offer personalized recommendations based on customer budgets, interests, and travel goals.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and booking details to ensure seamless planning.
• Coordinate with hotel partners and service providers to confirm reservations and special requests.
• Stay informed about the latest travel trends, hotel offerings, and hospitality industry updates to deliver current advice.
• Provide customer support before, during, and after travel
