RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicating with potential clients by phone, email, text, or online forms
  • Gathering client travel details, including destination, dates, budget, and preferences
  • Researching cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, and other travel options
  • Preparing travel quotes or proposals for clients
  • Assisting clients with questions before and after booking
  • Following up with clients regarding payments, deadlines, and travel details
  • Maintaining organized client notes and booking information
  • Learning travel supplier systems, booking tools, and client communication processes
  • Participating in available training and support sessions
