RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicating with potential clients by phone, email, text, or online forms
- Gathering client travel details, including destination, dates, budget, and preferences
- Researching cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, and other travel options
- Preparing travel quotes or proposals for clients
- Assisting clients with questions before and after booking
- Following up with clients regarding payments, deadlines, and travel details
- Maintaining organized client notes and booking information
- Learning travel supplier systems, booking tools, and client communication processes
- Participating in available training and support sessions
