REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • High-speed internet connection and a reliable home workspace

Preferred

  • Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with reservation systems or booking platforms
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with booking, modifying, or canceling reservations
  • Provide accurate information about bike rentals, tours, pricing, and policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational processes
