REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using customer support tools, CRM systems, and online platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable home workspace
Preferred
- Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with reservation systems or booking platforms
- Bilingual skills are a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with booking, modifying, or canceling reservations
- Provide accurate information about bike rentals, tours, pricing, and policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational processes
