REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and public speaking; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory management, retail math, and inventory control practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry, and basic marketing tools; experience with sales management software is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to handle public speaking engagements or presentations confidently.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in outside sales or retail sales is advantageous but not required; a proactive attitude is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate all aspects of short-term rental listings, including scheduling, availability updates, and inventory management to optimize occupancy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and property owners via phone, email, and messaging platforms, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Manage reservation processes, including data entry into booking systems and maintaining accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Conduct regular inventory control checks to ensure all amenities and supplies are stocked and maintained at high standards.
• Utilize marketing strategies to promote listings across multiple platforms, increasing visibility and attracting diverse clientele.
• Handle administrative tasks such as updating property details in Microsoft Word and Excel documents, preparing reports, and managing communication logs.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for property upkeep and address guest concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
