Property Management Maintenance Coordinator
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Property management or maintenance coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with AppFolio or property management software is a plus
- Professional customer service skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and coordinate maintenance requests
- Trouble shoot with tenant over the phone
- Determine warranty status
- Schedule vendors and maintenance staff
- Communicate with tenants, owners, and contractors
- Track work orders and ensure timely completion
- Follow up on repairs and vendor invoices
- Assist with emergency maintenance coordination (As needed)
