REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to convert leads into booked jobs
• Fast response time to new leads
• Organized and detail oriented

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to incoming calls, texts, and online leads
• Gather job details (items, size, location, photos, accessibility)
• Provide quotes and convert leads into booked jobs
• Coordinate scheduling with contractors and crews
• Follow up with leads that have not booked yet
• Maintain accurate job notes inside our CRM system
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the booking process
