RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and manage social media content across our platforms
• Reach out to homeowners through phone calls, text messages, email, and social media
• Follow up with seller leads and maintain our CRM
• Research and identify off-market properties
• Coordinate direct mail campaigns
• Help manage Google Ads and other online marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, attorneys, wholesalers, contractors, probate professionals, title companies, and other industry professionals
• Network to create referral partnerships that generate new business
• Assist with any marketing or lead generation efforts related to property acquisitions
• Continuously bring new ideas and strategies to help generate more deals
