REQUIREMENTS

  • Comfortable learning and using multiple computer systems
  • High-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace suitable for remote work
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred; bilingual candidates may qualify for a higher starting pay rate

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound calls from patients seeking dental care
  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Provide professional, courteous, and empathetic customer service
  • Communicate effectively with clinic teams regarding scheduling needs
  • Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
  • Meet established performance and quality standards
