REQUIREMENTS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning and using multiple computer systems
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace suitable for remote work
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred; bilingual candidates may qualify for a higher starting pay rate
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound calls from patients seeking dental care
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Provide professional, courteous, and empathetic customer service
- Communicate effectively with clinic teams regarding scheduling needs
- Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
- Meet established performance and quality standards
