RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling & dispatch. Manage the owner’s calendar and coordinate installation appointments, site visits, and follow-ups — keeping the crew moving efficiently every day.
- Quotes & estimates. Prepare professional quotes for driveway gate fabrication, automation systems, and installation jobs based on information provided.
- Invoicing & payments. Send invoices, track outstanding balances, and follow up to make sure we get paid on time.
- Client communication. Be the first point of contact — answering inquiries, confirming appointments, and keeping customers informed throughout their project.
- Stay ahead of the operation. Know what’s on deck, what’s coming up, and what needs to be done before being asked. Anticipate. Prepare. Execute.
- Run the day-to-day. Handle emails, calls, task tracking, vendor coordination, and whatever else keeps the business moving.
- Help build better systems. As we grow, help us create processes and workflows that scale.
