RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via online chat, email, and secure portals
  • Provide accurate information about tax preparation services and procedures
  • Assist clients with appointment scheduling and service navigation
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Support daily operations and client satisfaction in a remote environment
