RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via online chat, email, and secure portals
- Provide accurate information about tax preparation services and procedures
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling and service navigation
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Support daily operations and client satisfaction in a remote environment
