Remote On-Call Client Success Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills (phone and text)
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
- Highly reliable and responsive
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Basic tech skills (CRM, scheduling tools, texting platforms)
- Prior customer service or appointment setting experience preferred
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required (this is NOT a sales position).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer inbound phone calls, texts, and messages promptly through an app tied to the company (no personal phone number usage required)
- Respond to new leads and inquiries in a professional, friendly manner
- Schedule consultations using our booking system (Time To Pet)
- Gather basic client and dog information
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and bookings
- Follow up with leads as needed to confirm appointments
- Ensure a high show-rate for scheduled consultations
- Assist trainers with scheduling, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as necessary
