REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in luxury real estate marketing
• Strong portfolio of high-end video content
• Advanced Meta Ads Manager skills
• Understanding of high-net-worth targeting
• Based in Dubai preferred
• Fluent English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a premium content strategy
• Film high-end property content (1 shooting day per week)
• Produce 8–10 luxury Reels per month
• Create 2–4 expert authority videos monthly
• Manage Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
• Structure cold traffic + retargeting campaigns
• Optimize for qualified HNW leads
• Track CPL and campaign performance
• Deliver monthly performance reports
