REQUIREMENTS

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

• Educational background in healthcare, biology, public health, or a related field is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not required
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide general, non-diagnostic medical guidance following established protocols
• Review patient information and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Support communication between patients, care teams, and providers
• Assist with care coordination, follow-ups, and general inquiries
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards
• Escalate complex or urgent concerns to licensed medical professionals
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training programs
