REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable (multilingual or bilingual candidates preferred)
- Proven experience in customer support or call center environments with a focus on inbound calls
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell or promote services naturally during conversations
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or client outreach is a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling cash transactions or processing payments when necessary
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage inbound calls from clients and customers, delivering prompt, professional, and friendly assistance in multiple languages as needed
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Assist with client onboarding, account updates, and service inquiries through phone, chat, or email channels
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Enter data accurately into our systems, maintaining detailed records of interactions, transactions, and client preferences
- Demonstrate strong call center etiquette, including active listening, clear communication, and positive engagement throughout each interaction
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall service quality
