Remote Executive Assistant
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Familiarity with legal terminology and practices is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage schedules and appointments for executives
- Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documentation
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and team members
- Assist in preparing legal documents and reports
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Support the team with various administrative tasks
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal standards
