Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of property management systems such as Yardi Breeze.
  • Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette; ability to handle conflict management gracefully.
  • Office experience involving data entry, filing systems, customer relationship management (CRM), and general administrative support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in managing lease administration processes, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate tenant records using Yardi Breeze.
  • Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy, addressing tenant concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain property maintenance records, facilitate communication with facilities management teams, and assist in scheduling repairs or inspections as needed.
  • Support legal administrative tasks such as reviewing contracts, managing conflict resolution processes, and ensuring proper documentation for legal compliance.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and record keeping related to property operations, including CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) entries for maintenance requests.
