• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hold scheduled phone conversations with interested individuals
• Ask discovery questions to understand each family’s situation
• Walk through available plans in clear, simple language
• Help each person choose what fits their needs
• Maintain consistent follow-up across active conversations
• Keep CRM records and notes accurate and up to date
