Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Comfortable working through a steady queue of requests
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a habit of following through
- Calm and patient when sorting out a frustrated customer’s issue
- Experience with support tools, ecommerce platforms, or order systems is a plus
- Quiet home workspace and reliable computer and internet (training provided)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer support tickets about orders, shipping, returns, and account questions
- Look up order details and track down the right information to resolve each request
- Write clear, friendly responses that fully answer the question
- Follow up on open tickets until they’re resolved
- Flag recurring issues and escalate anything that needs a closer look
- Keep accurate notes and update ticket statuses as you go
