Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Active CPA license in good standing required
  • Valid PTIN preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in tax, client service, or tax advisory support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot tax-related risks
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct phone meetings with clients to discuss their tax needs
  • Answer client questions and explain tax concepts in simple terms
  • Gather, document, and communicate client information to internal teams
  • Help identify potential tax-related issues or questions that need additional follow-up
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times
  • Provide a high level of client service in a remote environment
