Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Active CPA license in good standing required
- Valid PTIN preferred
- 2+ years of experience in tax, client service, or tax advisory support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot tax-related risks
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct phone meetings with clients to discuss their tax needs
- Answer client questions and explain tax concepts in simple terms
- Gather, document, and communicate client information to internal teams
- Help identify potential tax-related issues or questions that need additional follow-up
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times
- Provide a high level of client service in a remote environment
