Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of experience in BPO or VA/remote work environment
Minimum 3 years of experience managing 15–20 team members directly
Proven experience handling multiple accounts or industries
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Strong people management and leadership skills
Proven escalation and complaint handling experience
Solid performance management and coaching ability
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage 15–20 RPs across different industries and accounts
Conduct regular check-ins, follow-ups, and performance monitoring
Handle day-to-day concerns, complaints, and people issues
Address performance gaps and behavioral concerns
Provide coaching, guidance, and accountability
Handle first-level escalations and make sound decisions
Escalate complex or sensitive issues when needed
Track attendance, engagement, and overall performance
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate trackers, documentation, and updates
Ensure RPs meet expectations and deliver consistent quality
