Remote Dispatcher & Quality Control Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or last-mile delivery operations preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities across different time zones
Comfortable using dispatch software, GPS tracking tools, and communication platforms
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs
Experience managing remote teams or drivers
Familiarity with route optimization and logistics systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
Dispatch drivers each morning across multiple time zones, ensuring all routes are assigned and confirmed
Monitor daily delivery progress and performance in real time
Communicate proactively with drivers to address delays, route issues, or service disruptions
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
Ensure adherence to company standards, client requirements, and delivery timelines
Track and report key performance metrics (on-time delivery, completion rates, etc.)
Conduct quality control checks and identify areas for operational improvement
Coordinate with local managers and leadership to maintain smooth operations
Provide ongoing support and guidance to drivers throughout their shifts
