REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Relationship-driven mindset
- Comfortable speaking with clients via phone, email, and video
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Experience in customer support, account management, customer success, or inside sales is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Build long-term relationships through proactive communication
- Assist clients with platform navigation and general support questions
- Guide new customers through onboarding and early adoption
- Recommend additional features or solutions when appropriate
- Track activity and client interactions in the CRM system
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
