REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Comfortable speaking with clients via phone, email, and video
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Experience in customer support, account management, customer success, or inside sales is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts
  • Build long-term relationships through proactive communication
  • Assist clients with platform navigation and general support questions
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and early adoption
  • Recommend additional features or solutions when appropriate
  • Track activity and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
