- The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent digital literacy and proficiency in using various online communication tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engaging with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate information about our products and services.
- Assisting clients with order placement, customisation options, and navigating our online platforms.
- Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently, covering everything from design specifications to delivery logistics.
- Developing a deep understanding of our comprehensive service offerings, including custom printing, event planning, and exhibition setups.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction.
- Guiding customers through the entire process, from initial design concepts to final production and delivery.
- Documenting all customer interactions and feedback within our systems to contribute to service improvements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
