REMOTE AUTO GLASS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong phone, text, and customer communication skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound leads
• Sales experience preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Ability to work independently from home
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn based on performance
• Automotive, glass, insurance, or service-industry experience is a plus but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to inbound phone calls, text messages, and web leads
• Contact customers who request quotes online
• Explain insurance and cash-pay options
• Schedule mobile service appointments
• Follow up with unsold opportunities
• Assist customers with financing options when available
• Upsell premium products and protection plans
• Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through scheduling
