Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, customer service, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Experience in property management, real estate, PropTech, or SaaS.
  • Experience coordinating vendors or contractors.
  • Familiarity with mobile apps and customer support systems.
  • Basic understanding of reporting and operational metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor platform performance and report bugs or operational issues.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on platform features and workflows.
  • Assist landlords and tenants with account, payment, and maintenance-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate communication between property owners, tenants, and contractors.
  • Track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support contractor onboarding and vendor management.
  • Compile operational reports and business performance data.
  • Maintain internal documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and contractors.
