Operations Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, customer service, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience in property management, real estate, PropTech, or SaaS.
- Experience coordinating vendors or contractors.
- Familiarity with mobile apps and customer support systems.
- Basic understanding of reporting and operational metrics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor platform performance and report bugs or operational issues.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on platform features and workflows.
- Assist landlords and tenants with account, payment, and maintenance-related inquiries.
- Coordinate communication between property owners, tenants, and contractors.
- Track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Support contractor onboarding and vendor management.
- Compile operational reports and business performance data.
- Maintain internal documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and contractors.
