Remote Athlete Support Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer service, administrative support, education, hospitality, community outreach, recruiting, or relationship management experience is preferred
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and common office software
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
Preferred
- Experience working with youth sports, athletic organizations, schools, camps, or community programs
- Familiarity with registration systems, participant databases, or CRM platforms
- Experience supporting families, customers, students, or program participants
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a primary contact for athletes, parents, and prospective families
- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, text, and online communication platforms
- Provide information regarding teams, camps, tournaments, showcases, and organizational programs
- Assist with registration processes and participant onboarding
- Coordinate communications regarding schedules, events, deadlines, and program updates
- Follow up with athletes and families to ensure questions and concerns are addressed promptly
- Maintain accurate participant records and update information as needed
- Assist with event preparation, seasonal projects, and administrative initiatives
- Support athlete recruiting and player development efforts by helping families access available resources
- Work closely with coaches and leadership to ensure a positive athlete and family experience
- Help identify common questions or concerns and recommend process improvements
