REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales role
  • Proven experience managing and leading others in a professional environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional account management skills
  • Track record of using data and reporting to guide decision making
  • Ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Preferred

  • Experience working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS organization
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with proven relationship-building ability
  • Interest in artificial intelligence and the future of the publishing industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals across the APAC region
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders at leading publishing organizations
  • Advocate for customer needs internally and ensure effective communication across teams
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with customers’ long-term business goals
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and subscription changes
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product improvements
