REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent written and spoken English
- 5+ years of experience in a Sales role
- Proven experience managing and leading others in a professional environment
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional account management skills
- Track record of using data and reporting to guide decision making
- Ability to translate complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS organization
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with proven relationship-building ability
- Interest in artificial intelligence and the future of the publishing industry
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals across the APAC region
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders at leading publishing organizations
- Advocate for customer needs internally and ensure effective communication across teams
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with customers’ long-term business goals
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and subscription changes
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product improvements
