REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in real estate administrative roles or property management with a strong understanding of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to interpret legal documents related to real estate transactions confidently.
  • Prior experience with administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the entire transaction process from executed contract through closing, ensuring all deadlines are met and documentation is complete including but not limited to the following work checklist:
  • Review Agreement of Sale & supporting documents for dates
  • Send introductory emails & important date reminders
  • Request earnest payment & ensure earnest money deposit received/sent
  • Follow up on title document
  • Retrieve missing documents
  • Confirm mortgage commitment & that appraisal has been ordered
  • Schedule use and occupancy and send U&O checklists accordingly
  • Request & circulate HOA documents (when applicable)
  • Send utility & settlement notice information
  • Ordering deed packages & mortgage payoffs
  • Request ALTA statement
  • Maintain regular communication with all parties
