JOB DETAILS

REQUIREMENTS

– Fluency in English (both verbal and written is MUST). Another language would be an advantage.

– Minimum 3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.

– RERA certification and a valid UAE driving license are required.

– Outgoing, bold, confident, and well-spoken; professionally smart and well-groomed.

– Candidates with Western or European educational background are strongly preferred

– Preference will be given to individuals with Dubai and International real estate experience

– Strictly candidates currently residing in Dubai and available for immediate interviews will be called and applications from outside the UAE will not be considered. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants.

– Establish and maintain regular communication with clients via WA and email.

– Provide timely updates to the office after each viewing, including detailed client feedback.

– Handle client follow-ups, coordinate viewing appointments, and provide information.

– Required to close deals, assist with conveyancing and trustee office visit.
