REQUIREMENTS

 • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate (Dubai/UAE preferred)

 • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

 • Knowledge of Dubai property areas, developers, and RERA guidelines

 • Ability to work under targets and pressure

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and manage leads for property sales and leasing in Dubai

 • Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential & commercial properties

 • Conduct property viewings and site visits

 • Build and maintain strong client relationships

 • Negotiate deals and close sales successfully

 • Coordinate with developers, landlords, and internal teams

 • Maintain accurate records and CRM updates

 • Stay updated with Dubai real estate laws and market trends
