JOB DETAILS

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong attention to detail and experience with insurance verification processes
• Excellent communication skills via email, text, and phone calls
• Experience with multi-state credentialing processes and telehealth
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
• Familiarity with multiple EMR and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must reside in the United States

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact payers to verify patient eligibility and anticipated patient financial responsibilities
• Document all VOB findings in CRM for distribution to patient
• Obtain Pre-Authorizations and create superbills as needed
• Assist in and complete credentialing applications for new clinicians and/or existing clinicians as new agreements are signed
• Navigate portals for national payers as well as small regional payers
• Update provider information with payers as needed
• Update and maintain CAQH profiles for clinicians
• Other duties as assigned
