REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 15 years of proven experience in building construction and contracting.
Strong experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contracts, and site management.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
UAE/GCC contracting experience is highly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITES

Lead and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
Manage project budgets, resources, manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, productivity, costs, and overall performance.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements and UAE construction regulations.
Review project schedules and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
Resolve technical, contractual, and site-related issues efficiently.
Lead project teams and ensure effective communication between all departments.
Prepare and review progress reports, project documentation, and management updates.
Ensure project delivery within approved budget, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements.
